Some reflection on September 11, 2001 and the death of Queen Elizabeth II set the stage for Jesus message. In today’s Gospel scene Jesus tells two parables which disrupt the Pharisee’s narrow view of sinners so, we and they, may better appreciate God’s unconditional love.
